A
Accessible Seating
Located in various sections throughout the stadium. These seats are used to accommodate individuals with disabilities or those who have a difficult time reaching their seats. These tickets may be purchased in advance by calling (480) 362-WINS or by stopping by the Salt River Fields box office during business hours and requesting accessible seating.
Age Restrictions
Children two and under who are sitting on the lap of an adult do not need a game ticket. Children who have reached their third birthday must have a valid game ticket to gain entrance to the stadium and are permitted seating access only in their ticketed location.
Alcoholic Beverages
No alcoholic beverages may be brought through the gates of Salt River Fields. Arizona law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21. Guests who appear younger than 40 will be required to show proper identification with proof of age when purchasing alcoholic beverages at Salt River Fields. No vertical identification cards will be accepted. Sale of alcohol will be cut off at approximately 10 PM. However, sale of alcohol will resume at the post-concert party on the Rockies practice fields. Throughout the concert, guests may not be in possession of more than two alcoholic beverages at any time and are not to exceed 32 oz. Additionally, guests may not take any alcoholic beverages out of the stadium, and alcohol consumption is prohibited in the parking lots.
Automatic Teller Machines
There are a total of six locations where ATM's operated by Chase can be found at Salt River Fields. The locations are:
- Inside First-base gate near Rockies Team Store
- Inside Third-base gate near D-backs Team Store
- First-base Concourse – Near section 205
- Third-base Concourse – Near section 219
- Home plate concourse – Near section 211
- Center Field Plaza near the Center Field ticket office
- On the field for Pit GA, Field GA, and sections A-N

Baby Diaper Changing Stations
Located in all Family Restrooms throughout the stadium (See "Restrooms" for locations).
Bag Policy
Salt River Fields regulations allow only soft-sided bags and containers 16"x16"x8" or smaller to be permitted in the gates. All permitted bags are subject to search both upon entry and within the stadium. All gates utilize "Bag Check Lanes" for guests carrying permitted bags. Salt River Fields regulations also prohibit guests from bringing certain items into Salt River Fields (See "Restrictions" for a list of prohibited and permitted items).
Banners and Signs
Banners and signs are permitted, provided they are in good taste as determined by Salt River Fields management. They may not be hung or displayed on any part of the playing field or in any way that obstructs another guest's view of concert or stadium advertising.
Bicycle Parking
Bike parking areas are conveniently located in four areas throughout the grounds of Salt River Fields:
- On the north side of the facility between the D-backs Major League replica fields
- On the east side of the facility right off the Center Field parking lot.
- On the south side of the facility along the main entrance pathway next to the restrooms
- On the west side of the facility just off the Home Plate parking lot
Bottles and Cans
No one is permitted to enter Salt River Fields with glass bottles, aluminum or metal cans. Guests in possession of these items inside the gates of Salt River Fields may be subject to ejection from the complex.

Cameras
Single frame photography is permitted at all times. Camera support pods are not permitted by guests in Salt River Fields. Please make sure you are courteous of those around you when taking pictures.
Cellular Phones
Use of cellular phones is permitted, providing their use does not interfere with another guest's ability to enjoy the atmosphere of the stadium. Salt River Fields reserve the right to ask any guest to discontinue use of a cell phone in or adjacent to any seating area.
Concessions
A variety of food will be available throughout the stadium from various concessions. There will also be two bars/beverages stations on the field available for people with tickets for Pit GA, Sections A-N, and Field GA.
Credit Card Policy
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are all accepted at the Salt River Fields Ticket Office, and concession stands.

Directions
From Sky Harbor International Airport
Take the 202 East to merge onto the 101 North. Exit at Via De Ventura and turn left. Two entrances to Salt River Fields will be available off of Via De Ventura or by turning left (heading south) on Pima Rd.
From the Northeast Valley
Take the 101 North toward Scottsdale. Exit at Via De Ventura and turn left. Two entrances will be available off of Via De Ventura or by turning left (heading south) on Pima Rd.
From the Southwest Valley
Take the I-10 West toward Phoenix. Merge onto the 202 East. After approximately nine miles, merge onto the 101 North. Exit at Via De Ventura and turn left. Two entrances to Salt River Fields will be available off of Via De Ventura or by turning left (heading south) on Pima Rd.
From the East Valley
Take the US-60 West toward Phoenix. Merge onto the 101 North toward Scottsdale. Exit at Via De Ventura and turn left. Two entrances to Salt River Fields will be available off of Via De Ventura or by turning left (heading south) on Pima Rd.
From North Phoenix and Northern Arizona
Take the I-17 South toward Phoenix. Merge onto the 101 North. Exit at Via De Ventura and turn right. Two entrances to Salt River Fields will be available off of Via De Ventura or by turning left (heading south) on Pima Rd.
Drinking Fountains
Drinking fountains can be found near the restrooms in left center, right center as well as on the main concourse near the first and third base restrooms.

Elevators
Elevators are restricted to Miller Lite Taste Zone, Coors Light Cold Zone, Pepsi Patio and Suite Level ticket holders only. Elevator access can be found down the first base side of the main concourse, behind section 211.
Emergency Procedures
In the event of an emergency at Salt River Fields, please follow the directions from any Salt River Fields Representative, Public Address Announcer and Salt River Police Department and Fire Officers. If an emergency requires evacuation from the stadium, directions will be given over the public address system and the scoreboard. Please contact a Salt River Fields representative if you have any questions.
Entering the Stadium
For your safety, Salt River Fields require that all guests and employees entering and re-entering Salt River Fields be searched for prohibited items. This includes a thorough inspection of any jackets, coats, packages, bags, purses and other containers brought to any of the four entry gates. In addition, guests may be randomly selected for security screenings with hand-held metal detectors.
Exiting the Stadium
Following the game, guests are asked to exit Salt River Fields through designated exits. During the games, guests are permitted to leave the stadium and return through any of the four entrance gates. Please see the gate supervisor to have your hand and ticket stub stamped. When returning to the stadium, guests must show their ticket stub and hand stamp, and should re-enter through a special pass-out gate at each of the entrance gates. When re-entering, all persons and bags are subject to search.

Fan Conduct
The Salt River Fields staff is committed to providing a safe, comfortable and friendly atmosphere for all of our guests. The following guidelines have been established regarding guest conduct. Guests using foul or abusive language or gestures will be ejected from the stadium. Guests wearing obscene or indecent clothing and or body art will not be allowed entry into the stadium. Guests appearing intoxicated will be denied entry or ejected from the stadium. Any guest found throwing objects on the field or in the seating areas will be ejected.
Firearms and Weapons
No firearms or other weapons are allowed on Salt River Fields premises.
Fireworks Show
Fireworks are schedule to begin at 10:30 PM. However, there may be a delay in the start of the Fireworks Show if the concert runs later than expected. Patrons are allowed to bring blankets/towels to sit on to enjoy the show. No chairs are allowed.
Join us on the Rockies practice field for a fun with the whole family. Activities start at 5pm that include live music, potato sack races, face painting, bag toss, and food/beverages. Free admission.
First Aid Station
A First Aid Station is located behind section 211. Guests in need of aspirin, band-aids, etc. must visit the First Aid Stations to obtain these items in person. If medical attention is required, notify the nearest Salt River Fields Representative.
Food
No outside food is allowed in the stadium.

Gates
There are four designated gates at Salt River Fields. Their locations are as follows:
- Center Field Gate – East side of facility located off the Center Field Parking Lot
- Home Plate Gate – West side of the facility located off the Home Plate Parking Lot
- D-backs Gate – North side of the facility located off the Desert Parking Lot
- Rockies Gate – South side of the facility located off the Mountain Parking Lot
Gates Open
Gates will open at 5pm for entrance into the main stadium. Starting at 3pm gates will open for a pre-concert party located south of the stadium on the Rockies practice fields.
Guest Awareness
Salt River Fields is committed to providing a safe environment for all of our Guests. We ask that if any guest is aware of any potentially unsafe situation to please notify the nearest Salt River Fields representative or stop by the Guest Relations Kiosk located behind section 210 and 218. Your eyes and ears can help to keep Salt River Fields a safe family environment.
Guest Relations Kiosk
The Guest Relations Kiosks are located behind sections 210 and 218. This service center operates from the time the gates open until 15 minutes after the conclusion of the game. Guests may obtain information, offer suggestions, voice concerns and request assistance from Salt River Fields Guest Relations Representatives. The Guest Relations Kiosk located behind 210 is also the location for Lost and Found.

House Rules
Salt River Fields is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable stadium experience. Our staff will proactively intervene to ensure the following:
- Obscene or indecent clothing will not detract from the Guest experience
- Guests will enjoy the concert experience free from foul/abusive language or obscene gestures
- Guests will refrain from displays of affection not appropriate in a public, family setting
- Impaired or intoxicated Guests will be assisted in a prompt, respectful and safe manner
- Guests will show their ticket when requested and sit only in their ticketed seat
- The concert will not be disrupted by Guests' actions
- Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.

Lost and Found
Salt River Fields cannot be responsible for recovery, storage, safekeeping, preservation or return of any lost or found item. With that understanding, any item that has been lost or found during a game should be reported to the Guest Relations Kiosk located behind section 210. Found items are secured in storage after each game; therefore, if an item was lost at a previous game, it will not be obtainable without prior arrangements. Please call the Salt River Fields main hotline at (480) 270-5000 to report a lost item. Leave a detailed description of the item, the date and location it was lost, and your name and phone number. If your item was turned in, you will be called as soon as possible. If your item was not turned in, you will not receive a call unless you specifically request one. Your name will remain on file in case the item is turned in at a later time. A simple way to protect your property is to place your name and phone number permanently somewhere on the item. Items are held for 30 days.
Lost Children
Every child should be told to contact a Salt River Fields Representative should he or she become lost. A lost child will be taken to the Guest Relations Kiosk located behind section 210. Lost parents should follow the same procedure. Parents are encouraged to place ticket stubs in children's pockets in case of separation.
Lost or Stolen Tickets
Lost or forgotten tickets will be replaced for a non-refundable $5 processing fee. In the event that the original tickets are used, the full face value of the tickets will be charged.
Stolen tickets will be replaced at no charge if a police report listing the exact seat location(s) and game date(s) is provided. If a police report is not provided or if the police report does not contain the exact game date(s) and seat location(s) of the stolen tickets, the Lost Ticket Policy will be in effect.
You must be the original purchaser of the tickets in order to have them reprinted.

Paging
Due to the many requests, paging is not permitted except in cases that are deemed to be life-threatening emergencies by Salt River Fields. If you need paging, please contact the Guest Relations Kiosk located behind section 210 and 218. If you are not at Salt River Fields and need to contact a guest please call (480) 270-5000.
Parking
View Map
On-Site Parking:
There are over 3,000 parking spaces on-site at Salt River Fields. Day of concert parking is available in all lots for $10.00. Salt River Fields parking lots will open at 2:30pm.
Disabled Parking:
Access: Approximately three hundred (300) disabled parking spaces are available throughout all of the parking lots at Salt River Fields.
Drop-off: The disabled drop-off area is located across from the Center Field Gate, which is located on the east side of Salt River Fields. For questions about drop-off location please contact a Salt River Fields representative.
Pre-Concert Party
Come out to the Rockies practice fields (south of the stadium) before the concert at 3pm to enjoy the live music from Laura Walsh (laurawalshmusic.com). Food and beverage will be available for patrons to enjoy inside an air conditioned tent sponsored by Howard Air.
Post-Concert Party
Following Miranda Lambert’s performance patrons are welcome to attend the Post-Concert Party out on the Rockies practice fields on the south side of the stadium. There will be live music beginning at 10:45pm from Jon Pardi (http://www.jonpardi.com). Food and beverage will be available for sale in the A/C tents sponsored by Howard Air.
Promotions
To honor our veterans, a contest ran from May 25 until June 15. Five contestants were chosen by a panel of judges based upon nominations made for them by their peers. The chosen contestants will be recognized during the concert. This event is sponsored by T.E.A.M.

Re-entering the Stadium
During games, guests are permitted to leave the stadium and return through any of the four entrance gates. Please see the Gate Supervisor to have both your ticket stub and hand stamped. When returning to the stadium, guests must show their ticket stub and hand stamp. Guests will be required to go through the same security procedures as when they originally entered the stadium. All persons and bags are subject to search.
Recycling
Recycling will help keep Salt River Fields clean and green, please pitch in and here’s how:
To make recycling convenient for patrons, blue recycling containers are located throughout the stadium including concourses, concession areas, and restrooms as well as the parking lot areas. All recyclable materials can be co-mingled, meaning they can all be placed in the same container and do not require sorting.
Remember to look for the recycling symbol on containers to ensure that recyclables are not going into trash cans and ultimately the Community’s waste stream:

- No Squirt Guns / Bubble-Making Liquids
- No Laser Pointers
- Other Items Not Specified on this List as Deemed Prohibited by Management.
Violators of these Rules and any Applicable Laws May be Refused Admission or Asked to Leave the Facility and Could Be Subject to Additional Legal Action
Permitted Items:
- Two (2) Factory-Sealed Bottles of Water, Per Person. No larger than one (1) liter in size.
- Purses / Diaper Bags / Personal Medical Bags
- Still / Video Cameras. Video cameras are permitted as long as live action is not recorded
- Binoculars
- Plastic Baby Bottles or Any Necessary Items Required for medical Purposes or Other Special Needs
Restrooms
All restrooms at Salt River Fields are available and are accessible to guests with disabilities. The following is a list of restrooms locations on the main concourse behind the corresponding section:
- Men's & Women’s – 204, 210, 214, 221, Left Field Lawn, Right Field Lawn
- Family (All include diaper changing stations) – 203, 210, 214, 123, Left Field Lawn, Right Field Lawn
- For Pit GA, Sections A-N, and Field GA restrooms are located on each side of the Cricket Wireless Stage near the left and right field bullpens.
Restrooms are also located in a centralized location on the Salt River Fields Suite Level, accessible for guests ticketed in luxury suites, Miller Lite Taste Zone, Coors Light Cold Zone and Pepsi Patio.

Salt River Fields Main Office
The Salt River Fields Main Office is located in the Center Field Plaza just beyond the Center Field ticket office. The main office mailing address is 7555 N. Pima Rd Scottsdale, AZ 85258. The Salt River Fields office can be reached by phone at (480) 270-5000.
Service Animals
Animals are not permitted within Salt River Fields with the exception of service animals for guests with disabilities. Guests with a service animal are asked to enter through the Center Field Gate. Service Animals may relieve themselves in the grass area directly outside of the Center Field Gate.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in Salt River Fields. All seating areas are classified as non-smoking. Designated smoking areas are found outside of each of the four main gated areas. If you have any questions in regards to the specifics of these areas please see the nearest Salt River Fields Representative.

Tailgating
Tailgating is not permitted in any Salt River Fields operated parking lot. Persons may not consume alcohol in the parking lots, including inside their vehicles. See pre-concert party for information about how you can tailgate with us before the concert starts!

Saturday, June 30th from 10:00am to 2:00pm.
Sunday, July 1st from 10:00am to 2:00pm.
Monday, July 2nd from 10:00am to 4:00pm.
Tuesday, July 3rd Centerfield ticket office opens at 9:00am, Home Plate ticket office opens at 2:30pm.

Wheelchair Service
Salt River Fields has a limited number of wheelchairs available to assist guests. If wheelchair service is needed to transport a guest to a seat location or back to one of the gates at the conclusion of the game, please notify a Salt River Fields Guest Relations Representative for assistance. Due to the limited number of wheelchairs, these can only be used to transport guests and cannot be rented or borrowed to sit in while watching the game. Please be aware that wheelchairs are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, during periods of heavy volume, guests may be asked to wait until a wheelchair becomes available to transport them either to their seats or back to the gates. Please see the nearest Salt River Fields Representative in the event of a medical emergency in which wheelchair service is needed.
Will Call
Will Call tickets will be available for pick-up in the Centerfield Ticket Office.
