Adam Richman, Host of Man vs. Food, Man vs. Food Nation and Adam Richman's Best Sandwich in America on the Travel Channel

Adam Richman will be performing a one hour public cooking demonstration from 1:00 – 2:00 pm

Erika Monroe-Williams, former news anchor and founder of the food and lifestyle website TheHopelessHousewife.com, will be seen on an upcoming primetime cooking show on a major network in 2013 and just finished her first cookbook to be released in 2013 as well. 5-time All-Star 3rd Baseman and World Series Champion Matt Williams played for the Arizona Diamondbacks for 6 seasons, the Cleveland Indians and the San Francisco Giants for 10 seasons. He is now the 3rd Base Coach for the Arizona Diamondbacks, and spends much of the off-season as Erika's Sous Chef. Matt and Erika have been cooking in the kitchen together for more than 10 years. Check out their cooking demo at the Sub Zero Wold/Westar Kitchen and Bath Cooking Demonstration Stage at 12:00 on Sunday.
